Offering Guidance to a Troubled Friend

I have a question about an individual, someone who has been a great friend to me, who recently became heavily involved with drugs and alcohol. I see him deteriorating, and I would love to help him in some way. He has been my friend for years and years.

And if you were to assist this being, what form would that take?

Well, if he asked me for help, I would tell him to leave the drugs behind and come up here, and we would join the gym and just exercise and sweat it out. Get him sober and off drugs.

It is undecided at this time what this individual will choose; he has hit a wall, of sorts. He has hit the wall of his guides wanting him to awaken to the true, full nature of his own being, his self-expression, his desires, who and what he is both to himself and in relation to the world and to All That Is. The fear that is caused by looking into a mirror of this proportion drove him inward or downward, if you will. And this is where he presently finds himself: between a rock and a hard place, as it were, with guides on one side and his own painful psyche on the other. Both are speaking to him clearly, and yet to him it sounds as if it is in another language that he does not understand right now. It sounds similar to that high-pitched sound that beings hear within their ear structures from time to time, reverberating inside.

So yes, it is my guidance to assist this being if it is in your heart to do so, not allowing yourself to spiral either upward or downward in an attempt to bring him out of this environment. There is purpose, direction and assistance even in the realm that he finds himself in now, though it does not appear so from your perspective at this time. If you can be of assistance to this being and bring him to another place both physically and within himself, then by all means do so. If this attempt fails, then it is simply to check in with him from time to time and see where he finds himself; that is what you can do at this time.

I feel that he does have great guidance.

He has great guidance, great potential, great experience, great possibility, great future and great destiny. Yes. And yet he must choose it consciously. He has traveled this road and many gifts have been laid before him that have been set aside or kicked asunder in his own unconsciousness; now he must consciously choose the path.

Well, he has disappeared and I cannot find him, so I’m hoping that he is safe and that he will surface.

He is indeed safe, although not conscious.

You can send him messages, as well; you can send to him from your own perception, soul to soul. You can send to him that vibration, to call forth that energy of his to surface again, to contact you.
